How much does a custom pool or outdoor kitchen cost?
Every build is quoted fixed-price after a free on-site consultation. Cost depends on excavation, materials, and finishes — a compact paver patio is a very different project from an infinity pool. We provide a detailed line-item quote and timeline before any work begins.
How long does a hardscaping project take?
Most patios, walkways, and retaining walls take one to three weeks. Outdoor kitchens and architectural structures typically run three to six weeks, and custom pools are usually eight to twelve weeks from excavation to first swim.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. We manage design drawings, structural engineering, and municipal permits for pools, retaining walls, and structures across Greater Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, and the Gulf Islands.
Can you build on sloped or rocky island lots?
That's most of our work. Engineered retaining walls, terracing, and pier footings let us build level, usable outdoor space on the slopes and rock that are typical of Vancouver Island properties.
