Permanent roofline lighting is a discreet track of individually controllable LEDs installed under your eaves. It replaces seasonal Christmas lights — colour scenes for every holiday, warm white for everyday, all controlled from an app and invisible by day.
Can I change the colours for holidays and game days?
Yes. Every system is app-controlled with pre-programmed scenes — warm white for everyday, colours for Christmas, Halloween, or game night — plus schedules that turn everything on and off automatically.
Does landscape lighting cost a lot to run?
No. Modern low-voltage LED systems draw very little power — an entire multi-zone yard typically uses less electricity than a single old halogen floodlight.
Is outdoor lighting safe in wet coastal weather?
Yes. We use low-voltage, weather-rated fixtures with buried wire runs and sealed connections, engineered for wet Vancouver Island winters and backed by lifetime workmanship.
